Terms of Service

General
By enrolling in or participating in any Dancing Mood Academy (“DMA”) class, program, or event, you agree to the following terms. DMA is based in Miami, Florida.

Enrollment & Tuition
All tuition fees must be paid in advance of classes or events. Classes are non-refundable.

Attendance & Behavior
Students are expected to arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to participate. DMA reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior disrupts class safety or learning.

Photo & Video Permission
Photos and videos of students may be used only with parent permission, collected during enrollment.

Liability Waiver
All liability waivers and release forms must be completed on the parent portal (Jackrabbit Dance) at the time of enrollment and kept updated throughout the program. Participation in dance and movement activities involves physical exertion, and parents understand that DMA and its instructors are not liable for injury or accident.

Show & Performance Policies
Each semester concludes with a performance or showcase. Performance tickets are sold online via TutuTix prior to the event on a first-come, first-served basis for seat selection and availability.

Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are final. Refunds are issued only if a class or performance is cancelled by DMA.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County.

We collect parent and student information (name, email, phone number, student age, etc.) during registration through the secure parent portal (Jackrabbit Dance).

How We Use Information
Information is used to manage enrollment, communicate class updates, process payments, and share event or show details.

Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party partners such as Jackrabbit Dance and TutuTix for scheduling, payments, and ticketing. These services maintain their own privacy protections.

Security
All data is stored securely and never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties.
